How to return an item

2. Wait for our reply with return instructions. Please don’t send anything back before you’ve heard from us.
3. Send the item back clean and complete, with all parts and accessories.

Damaged or faulty items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Return delivery costs

If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we cover the return. For change-of-mind returns, the return delivery cost is for your account.

Refunds
